I am serving in my second term on the Farmington Area School Board, and represent 45% of Senate District 58. I was elected by other school board members in the Dakota County region to replace Roz Peterson on the Minnesota School Board Association Board of Directors in January 2014. I graduated from the Minnesota Excellence in Public Service program in January 2016.
My husband, Aaron and I have been married 15 years. We have two children, Andrew and Miriam. Our family volunteers through our church, and practices TaeKwonDo together. We have been involved with the local Republican party since the 2006 caucus and have volunteered to help with conventions with registration and credentials for most of those years.
